Welcome to ZOLA VII. These Terms of Service govern your use of zolavii.com and your purchase of products from ZOLA VII. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Store

ZOLA VII sells apparel, accessories, and related products through our online store. Some products may be made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Product availability, colors, sizing, pricing, descriptions, and designs may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit, refuse, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled.

2. Product Information

We do our best to display product details, colors, images, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors perfectly. Minor color, print, placement, texture, or production variations may occur, especially with made-to-order products. Please review product details, size guides, colors, shipping information, and order details carefully before placing an order.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many ZOLA VII products are produced after an order is placed. Because made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges may be limited. We do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong color/product. 4. Orders and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers available at checkout, such as Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or other supported payment methods. ZOLA VII does not store your full payment card details. By placing an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. ZOLA VII is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, rejected, or unclaimed delivery information. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on production time, carrier delays, destination, holidays, weather, fulfillment volume, or other factors outside our control. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. If you need to request a cancellation, contact support@zolavii.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started or once an order has shipped.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our return, replacement, and refund terms are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. In general, because many products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or wrong color/product selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, contact support@zolavii.com within 30 days with your order number, checkout email, clear photos if applicable, and a short description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on zolavii.com, including the ZOLA VII name, logos, brand concepts, product names, designs, graphics, images, text, slogans, website content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ZOLA VII unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of the website.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, marketing tools, and print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. ZOLA VII is not responsible for the actions, policies, errors, delays, or service interruptions of third-party providers outside our control.

We do not guarantee that all information on the site will always be complete, current, or error-free. If an error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue, cancel the order, or provide another available resolution.
